Membership Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • 12-month commitment required for all tiers
  • Beauty Bank funds roll over monthly but expire 12 months from deposit date
  • 90-day waiting period before first complimentary treatment can be claimed
  • Complimentary treatments spaced minimum 90 days apart
  • Member pricing applies to services only when using Beauty Bank funds or paying additional amounts

Payment & Cancellation

  • Monthly auto-pay required
  • 30-day written notice required for cancellation
  • Early cancellation may forfeit remaining Beauty Bank balance (see full terms and conditions document for cancellation policy)
